At FormDTM Official, we stand behind the quality of our electronics and offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all hardware and accessories. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all included cables and documentation to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the item you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the device in its original box, ensuring all components are included, and clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the shipping carton.

• 3.
  Ship to Service Center

  Afford the package with the provided prepaid shipping label or your preferred carrier and drop it off at an authorized shipping location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the device condition and serial number, we will process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days to your original payment method.
